Thursday’s at RUK are for learning, lifting, and perfecting! Come in and work on that one thing you don’t like and make it your favorite!

***We like to avoid anyone doing a WOD if at all possible. If you need to use this time to make up a missed WOD please contact one of the trainers so they can make arrangements!
