-Stationary Lunges (95, 65)
-Push Press (95, 65)
-KB Swings (70, 55)

Rest 5 minutes
8 Minute MAX reps Double Unders
Unbroken sets only (every time you break you perform 2 rope climbs)

Core WOD
Attempt 3 Plank Holds for MAX time
Rest 1 minute in between.
Post the attempt with the shortest amount of time
