0:00 -5:00  700m row, Max reps of Power Cleans (155/105) w/remaining time 5:00-10:00 500m run, Max reps of Shoulder to OH (155/105) 10:00-15:00 700m row, Max reps of Hang Squat Cleans (155/105) 15:00-20:00 500m run, Max reps of Shoulder to OH (155/105) **Note-for scaling purposes weights will be approx 60% of Max Clean
