Pull-ups/2 negative pull ups & 2 ring rows

Extra OPTIONAL

In teams of 2 complete the following for time: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 of Burpee Box Jumps, 24/20, Unbroken Shoulder-to-overhead, 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-50-10 of DU’s 115/85 *Every dropped bar = 50 WBS penalty
